Beacon is a new small business opening soon. Rather than signing up beforehand, please write your name, information, and payment method on the sign-in sheet at each class you attend before it starts. Each participant is required to have a waiver filled out.
4:30-5:30PM - Intro to Tricking (5-12 y/o)
5:40-6:40PM - Tricking (8-17 y/o)
6:45-8:15PM - Open Gym $15 (8y/o+)

10-11AM - Gymnastics Fitness for Adults (18y/o+)
11:10AM-12:10PM - Intro to Tricking for Adults (18y/o+)
12:20-1:20PM - Acro for Dance (6y/o+)
11AM-12PM - Tumbling 1/2 (6y/o+)
12:10-1:10PM - Tumbling 3/4 (6y/o+)
1:20-2:20PM - Tumbling 5/6/7 (6y/o+)
2:30-4PM - Open gym (6y/o+)

Tricking is an acrobatic sport and performance art that combines skills from Dance, Gymnastics, and Martial Arts, putting them together into whatever sequence of skills that you are mentally and physically capable of.
Tumbling is a fast-paced acrobatic discipline that mainly involves skills such as roundoffs, handsprings, tucks, and twisting. This class goes over skills and progressions, along with strength training to help athletes reach their full potential.
(This class has been separated based on skills into different levels. Please ensure you come to the correct class for the best results)
Acro for dance is a class designed to help dancers acquire acrobatic skills, from disciplines such as Tumbling and Tricking, to add more difficulty to their routines.
A class designed for adults who want to get in the gym, become stronger, and get more athletic, but don't know where to start. This class uses gymnastics skills and progressions to safely and effectively increase athletic capacity.
